1. About Store Bot

Store Bot ("the Bot", "the Service", "we", "us") is a Discord bot that allows Discord server owners and administrators ("Sellers") to create in-server stores for selling digital products to their community members ("Buyers"). Store Bot is provided as a tool only — we are not a party to any transaction between Sellers and Buyers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Store Bot, or the minimum age required by your country if higher. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Discord's own Terms of Service also apply independently.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Store Bot only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Sell illegal products, counterfeit goods, stolen accounts, pirated software, or any content that violates applicable law
• Defraud, deceive, or mislead buyers about the nature or delivery of products
• Distribute malware, exploit kits, phishing links, or other harmful software
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Sell adult content, weapons, drugs, or any regulated goods in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited
• Spam users or abuse bot commands in ways that disrupt other servers or users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Bot's infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server, revoke Premium access, or ban any user who violates these terms without prior notice or refund.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The products they list, their accuracy, and their lawful delivery
• Handling all payments and disputes between themselves and their Buyers
• Complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection laws and tax obligations
• Setting clear product descriptions and managing buyer expectations

Store Bot does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction. Payment processing (if used) is handled entirely by the Seller through their own chosen payment methods.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available for a monthly fee as listed on the pricing page. By purchasing Premium, you agree to the following:

• Payments are charged monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• We may change Premium pricing with at least 14 days' notice
• Premium access is tied to the Discord server it was purchased for and is non-transferable
• We may revoke Premium access for violations of these Terms without a refund

6. Availability and Modifications

We do our best to keep Store Bot online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or feature changes.

7. Intellectual Property

Store Bot, its branding, code, and all associated content are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Bot's code or branding without written permission. You retain full ownership of the product listings and content you create using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Store Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Store Bot — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or failed transactions between Sellers and Buyers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Store Bot and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your products, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Store Bot's operators are based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Store Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We'll announce material changes in our support server.
